SOULFUL FLOW "YOGA CHURCH"

Sunday's 9-10:15 AM MST

A sacred and heart-felt Hatha Flow, that is intended to bring you into a deep state of love, leaving you feeling inspired and connected to your soul.  

MAT TO MEDITATION

Wednesday's 9-10 AM MST

The purpose of yoga asana is to prepare the body for meditation. This class is designed as a way to honor the original intention of yoga and to experience a deeper state of meditation. We will begin with 30 minutes of Breath Centric Yoga, followed by Mantra and Pranayama, ending with a silent Meditation.

SOUL JOURNEYING 

1-2 Tuesday's a month, 8-9 AM MST (Soulful Living Community Only)

1-2 monthly zoom gathering to experience an intentional soul journey guided meditation, designed to help you connect and align with your soul.

HEALING MEDITATION

1-2 Tuesday's a month, 8-9 AM MST (Soulful Living Community Only)

1-2 monthly zoom gathering for intentional healing, based on the Power of 8 Group, a powerful group dynamic that can heal on an individual level as well as for the collective.

QUARTERLY GATHERING

Date & Time TBA (Soulful Living Community Only)

A quarterly zoom gathering devoted to building and strengthening community. There will be time to share, ask questions, explore topics, and build relationships.

ONLINE GROUP CLASS INVESTMENT
