What is Nature Bathing (Forest Bathing)?

Nature bathing, sometimes referred to as forest bathing (Shinrin-Yoku), is not about hiking or reaching a destination. It is a practice of slowing down and being in relationship with the natural world—engaging your senses, softening your awareness, and allowing your system to settle. Each experience is gently guided and intuitively shaped, offering space for reflection, stillness, and deeper listening.
