Crystal Borup is a Retreat Leader, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, and Author devoted to guiding others toward a soul-aligned life. Through energy healing, sound healing, yoga, and nature-based practices, she creates spaces for deep healing, clarity, and awakening.

As the Founder of the Teton Yoga Festival and a former studio owner, Crystal’s work is rooted in community, connection, and collective healing. Her retreats and teachings support individuals in aligning with their highest truth while deepening their connection to the Earth and the greater whole.

Crystal is the author of Yoga Beyond the Physical: Practices and Insights to Deepen Your Yoga and Enrich Your Life. She has been featured on ABC and in Yoga Love Magazine, and has presented at the Energy Healing Conference and Yoga World Expo, as well as on various podcasts and webinars.​

She holds certifications as an E-RYT 500, RYCT, and YACEP and has a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200) through Yoga Alliance. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Usui Reiki Master, and has extensive training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Energy Anatomy, the Enneagram, and Conflict Resolution.
