Crystal Borup is a Retreat Leader, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, and Author devoted to guiding others toward balance, clarity, and embodied connection. Her offerings weave together yoga, meditation, sound, energy healing, and nature immersion to create spaces for deep restoration and awakening.

As the Co-Founder of the Teton Yoga Festival, Crystal’s work centers around community, connection, and collective healing. Her retreats and teachings inspire individuals to align with their highest truth while remembering their intrinsic connection to the Earth and the greater web of life.

Crystal has been featured on ABC, and as a presenter at the Energy Healing Conference and Yoga World Expo, as well as in Yoga Love Magazine and numerous podcasts and webinars.

She holds certifications as an E-RYT 500, RYCT, YACEP, and RYS 200 through Yoga Alliance, is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Usui Reiki Master, and has extensive training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Energy Anatomy, the Enneagram, and Conflict Resolution.
