I offer private yoga and meditation sessions tailored to your unique needs, experience level, and intentions, and they can be combined with energy healing and sound healing for a more integrated experience.

Private Yoga Sessions
I offer private yoga sessions in Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, and the surrounding area. Sessions can be held in your home or in a setting that supports your experience, and I’m happy to assist in coordinating a space when needed. Private yoga can also be integrated into a more immersive experience through my custom retreat offerings.
If you are looking to be deeply restored, try my Nervous System Reset Session. A deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and support emotional balance. Blending breathwork, gentle movement, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing.
