Crystal will begin each gathering with a grounding meditation. She will then allow a few minutes for discussion / Q&A about aligning with your soul. Then Crystal will take you on a deep soul journey experience. Each journey will include a breathing exercise, guided inquiry and a soul journey guided meditation, allowing a few moments for journaling your experience.
