Offering Energetic Support

Updated: Aug 20, 2023

Last week, on my way to LA, I sat next to a 19 year old boy on the airplane. We started with the usual small talk banter. -- Side note: why does everyone want to talk about the show Yellowstone when they find out where I live? It's just a show. It's not real life, and no I don't know Kevin Costner. Lol. Okay, back to my story. -- I could tell he felt comfortable with me, when he began to open up and share some of his story. I learned that he was bullied a lot in school and to cope with the pain, he started using. He was on his way to CA because his father was sending him to a top of the line treatment center in Orange County. It was his second time being in treatment. He said his relationship with his mom was rocky, but his dad was very supportive of him getting help. He was an only child. I could imagine the pain his parents were going through watching their only child struggle so much.

As I sat there and listened to him, I could tell his desire to get help was real. I sensed his bravery and his kind heart. I could feel his pain. So tapped in and began offering him energetic support. Something I find myself doing more and more.

I imagined him being comforted by his guardian angels and held in light and love. I told him that one day he would see his sensitivity as a gift and that it would only make him stronger.

As our flight came to an end, I suggested he try Yoga Nidra and wished him well.

I may not know what it’s like to be addicted to a substance, but I do know what it’s like to experience abuse and to be very sensitive. For some people, it’s just too much to bare. As I think about this young boy, it brings tears to my eyes. So, if you feel inclined to take a moment in silence and send love and light to this incredibly sensitive 19 year old boy, somewhere in Orange County at a rehab facility, who needs support right now, I encourage you to do so. This boy has a long journey ahead of him. So if we can offer him energetic support and bring him ease, then we've done our job.

I am realizing more and more that the subtle work is much more powerful than we realize and we all have the ability within us to make a difference.

If you'd like to learn more about this, I encourage you to reach out. I am offering free consultations. Click HERE to sign up. We are all in this life together. If we can continue to show up for each other in this way, we will help heal the world.
