My journey with yoga spans over 20 years, with my teaching beginning in 2013. My passion for teaching and desire to share yoga on a deeper level, inspired me to become the owner of Yoga Samadhi, a beautiful studio in White Salmon, WA. In 2018, alongside remarkable teachers Kathy Kacena and Chantel Alcarez, I established my Yoga School, offering teacher trainings and continuing education. Although I am no longer the owner of Yoga Samadhi, the Columbia Gorge remains close to my heart, with an annual Retreat in Trout Lake, WA. I am now the co-founder and CEO of the TETON YOGA FESTIVAL and currently teach at the Yoga Source in Driggs, ID, further spreading the transformative power of yoga.

There are many ways you can practice yoga with me! If you live locally in the Tetons, or are visiting, you can find me at the Yoga Source, a non-profit studio dedicated to serving the community in Teton Valley, ID. Click HERE to learn more about my local offerings.

You can also work with me one-on-one through Private Yoga sessions or Yoga Mentoring in person of virtual. If you are a yoga teacher, private sessions can count towards continuing education for Yoga Alliance.

You can also attend one of my Soulful Living retreats, or join me at the annual Teton Yoga Festival
